If you do not qualify for assistance through the Bryan Animal Center, Aggieland Humane Society, or BCS Spay Neuter programs, or applied through them and were turned away, you qualify through Long Way Home's Spay/Neuter Voucher Program.

You Qualify!
If you are a Brazos County resident, and you are considered ineligible for the other programs listed below, we can help! Spay and neuter vouchers are $70 for cats and dogs over 4 months old and weighing up to 150 pounds, and include sterilization and pain injections.
Additional low cost vaccines are available to purchase on surgery day if needed. If your pet is not current on its rabies vaccination, you will be required to purchase the additional $25 vaccination package on surgery day that includes rabies, cat/dog specific vaccines, and a county license with tag.
Do you live in Bryan, Texas?
If you live in Bryan and need help with your personal pets, the Bryan Animal Center provides low cost spay neuter vouchers. This program is open to all Bryan residents, regardless of income. However, they do not offer vouchers for cats who are feral, or cats who do not live exclusively indoors. Check out the "City of Bryan Pets" link below!
If you live in Bryan and need help with outdoor or feral cats, the BCS Spay Neuter Program provides spay neuter vouchers, loans out traps, and in some cases, will even come out and trap for you. Check out the "Feral Cats in Bryan" link below!
Do live in Brazos County?
If you live in Brazos County and are currently receiving income-based government assistance, the Aggieland Humane Society provides low cost spay neuter services for your pets. However, if you are not receiving government assistance, you do not qualify. Check out the "Brazos County Pets" link below!
If you live in Brazos County and need help with outdoor or feral cats, the Aggieland Humane Society provides $5 spay neuter services. Check out the "Feral Cats in Brazos County" link below!
Do you live in Brazos County, but the above sections do not apply to you?
You qualify for our Long Way Home Spay Neuter Voucher Program if you are disqualified or were turned away by all other programs above. Specifically, but not limited to, if any of the following apply:
- You live in the City of Bryan, but your owned cats (not ferals) are indoor/outdoor.
- You live in Brazos County, you own the pets, and you are not on income-based government assistance.
- You applied through the other appropriate organizations and can show you were deemed ineligible.
- You live in the Brazos Valley and are willing to travel.
- Your pet was directly offered a voucher by the Long Way Home organization.
